Free Shipping
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all our leather and varsity jackets. There are no hidden fees or calculated shipping costs at checkout—the price you see is the price you pay.
Order Processing and Handling Time
Every jacket requires a strict 5-day handling and production time before it is shipped.
Whether you are ordering a classic leather jacket or a custom-stitched varsity jacket, this 5-day period is essential for us to ensure the quality of the materials, complete our final inspections, and carefully package your item. You will receive a notification with tracking information the moment your order is handed over to our shipping carrier.
(Note: Our handling time applies to business days and excludes weekends and holidays.)
Estimated Delivery
Once your 5-day processing time is complete, your jacket will ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx or SKyNet

Transit Time: 5 to 8 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: Please expect your jacket to arrive 10 to 13 business days after placing your order (5 days for handling + 5-8 days for delivery).
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
If you are ordering from outside of Pakistan, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country.
APEX FUSION is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific rates before placing an order.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 to 48 hours.
Damages and Lost Packages
We pack every jacket securely to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at apexfusion80@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of both the damaged jacket and the packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
If your package is lost in transit or shows as delivered but has not arrived, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
